The bed was so comfortable, the pool was great for the kids
The water would not get hot for a shower and the shower was not cleaned. The door to get in our room was tricky to get in.

Location is good. Front desk staff was helpful.
Cleanliness was lacking, heater in room was LOUD. Breakfast was not appealing.

The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options and food did not run out quickly! Location was spot on, right by Scheels, down the street from anything you need! Our tournament for hockey was in Moorhead so ours was a little drive to the rink but totally worth it.
Our shower was really hard to turn, it was stuck, and you had to turn it with a lot of strength. It also dripped from the shower head, like it wasn’t fully coming out of the head itself. Could maybe use a new diverter and shower head maybe just in our room (room 410)

Complimentary breakfast, manager's happy hour, the pool, the apartment with fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc..We found the location ideal and perfect for travelers. We found Rebecca giving great customer service. She was friendly, kind, and intentional to work hard at her job in making our stay GREAT! The pool was perfect for the kids.
The things we didn't like were communicated to Clare, the manager. These things will not keep us from returning. They were simple and easy to fix. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

The bed had a ton of long curly black hair in it (my family is all blonde straight hair) that I kept picking out. Made me feel like the sheets weren’t clean. There was also a big yellow stain on the sheets.

Very nice hotel
The pool, the chlorine was too much. My kids all came out the first night just a coughing and they we fine before. So did some of the other kids I know that we’re staying there at the same time.

Comfortable beds, nice room. Love the outdoor spaces and big windows in the lobby. Lovely breakfast area. Flowers outside were stunning still for this late in year.
Hot tub and pool area could use a deep cleaning. Especially the outside of the bottom of the slide. Really nice pool area setup and slides just could use a little cleaning.

Very comfortable and plenty of room. Very pet friendly.
Takes a long time to get hot water in the shower. The floor still had confetti from the previous guest that was missed vacuumed up.

The room was amazing, bigger than what we expected. The bed was comfy. And we love the layout of the shower.

very accommodative helped us out with pricing when we arrived they was always someone to help but in a non over bearing way hotel was perfect for couple or with the family!
