Staff and location

Pullout bed was nasty, no quilt for queen bed, no bedding for pullout, not enough towels, washcloths, no laundry facilities.

Facilities definitely need an update! Very old.

The location was great. The view was amazing and we were close to many attractions. The unit had a full size refrigerator, an oven and microwave very convenient.

The place definitely needs a face lift, carpet was worn. They only have one elevator which was most inconvenient. There is no ice machine on the property, had to go to the hotel next door to get ice. The outside balcony needs a good power wash and the doors would get stuck.

Location

Building and pool needs a lot of repairs. People getting stuck in elevator. Bathtubs not draining. Pool had large cracks at top. Rooms had dispensers for soap but no soap in them. Only had a half a roll of toilet paper. Not enough towels left for the number of guests. Floor was dirty.

On the beach

A dump toilet didn’t flush ,ice machine broken beds were terrible,elevator worked half the time,not enough chairs around the pool.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel.

We were there for 4 nights. The staff didn’t clean once. Had to go to the front desk to get linens and toiletries everyday. The building was super old. Those pictures on the website had to be at least 20 years old. The room wasn’t that clean. The carpet don’t seem like it’s been cleaned in 20 years and they only have a thin blanket on the bed. Definitely not worth the money.

The room was large, door opened to a balcony overlooking the pool. All rooms are beach front. Small kitchen. Room needed to be dusted, beds were good. Staff was helpful about getting us into our room, we arrived early. Great family place to stay.

The lack of pot and pans and utensils for kitchen area

I like the room and that it was right on the beach.

The staff could have been more helpful and provided more things like trash cans towels etc.

The staff was polite. The view from the balcony was nice.

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We asked if we could check in early. The room wasn’t ready so they said we could still go to the beach and use the pool until 4:00. We went to the beach, which was nice. The pool was filthy. At almost 5:30 pm we still were not in our room. When we were finally told the room was ready, we went up and it was only half cleaned. All of the cleaning supplies were still in the room. Someone finally came and finished it, but there was still sand all over the place. Then there was no soap or shampoo in the room. At bedtime there were no blankets on the beds. only sheets. plus check out was 10:00am the next day. They didn’t have any coffee downstairs until much later in the morning. We wanted to ask for a later check out since we got in so late, but there were no employees to be found.

Karen at the front desk was phenomenal. Excellent customer service

Cleaning staff member asked me for a beer as we were leaving. Ice machine didn't work. Room had no blankets , toiletries.

Ocean

No trash can ...no blankets...balcony door never opened or closed without a fight...front door hade a cracked so big around the door you could feel air and hear traffic.....check in was a line that started at four with other guest and was long.....coffee and snacks was a joke coffee was out and they only put 3 apples and 3 muffins out at a time....don't expect anything more than a good view here....

Ocean front hotel

Dirty hotel, sticky floor in the room and very dirty carpet. We only stayed 1 night of 3 nights that we paid for. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. I asked a housekeeper, she told me to go to lobby to get it. I’ve never seen a hotel that don’t provide those. Hair dryer was rusted & did not work. Whole building is shaking from the elevator, which is a safety concern. Elevator works slow and permit is expired in 2021. Next morning after we checked in one African employee just walked in our room without knocking and didn’t apologized or explained why. I was shocked. No privacy. DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS HOTEL Don’t HAVE A MANAGEMENT. VERY OUTDATED.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The staff seemed friendly enough.

This place is very old and run down. We had to slam the doors to get them to stay shut. Almost all the tiles in the entru way were broken or chipped. The toilet ran all the time. The balcony looked as though the railing has tried to be repaired many times. The wood walkway to the beach is broken and tattered. We had to find housekeeping to get clean towels. The beds are hard and uncomfortable.

It’s was so outdated, no toiletries,no breakfast, room smelled really bad ,it was a constant smell of marijuana,just not happy at all

I didn’t like that I ordered a queen suite with separate rooms and didn’t get it bc first I was told they were over booked for the queen suites then later told by the manager that I was in the right room which I was most definitely not, then they said to call booking it’s their fault and so on and so on,I was upset bc I paid good money for the suite and to keep being lied to pissed me off even more but you live and learn, I will not be staying here again bc for the price I paid the rooms should have lived up to the pictures 😫😫but I will say the front desk workers were very friendly!
