Ease of getting right to the beach! The remodel was lovely! Beds were comfy! The view was perfect! Air conditioner worked great too! The pool was clean and refreshing!
The elevator didn’t work in the Tide building but they were gracious enough to switch us to the Palm building where the elevator was working! 6 floors to climb was ALOT! Thankfully it was only one night! The remodel was done well and we felt comfortable and safe!!

sign in was easy. we were given a different room due to elevator in the second tower not working.
The pool needed more daily attention. Seems like the skimmer wasn't working properly and only 1 elevator worked in both towers.

It was in a great location & very affordable!
there were only showers and no bathtubs and only 1 door into the shower so when you turn the shower on you get blasted by cold water. There are no places to hang your loofas, wash cloths or put your shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not enough places in the bathroom to hang towels and what not

Location was great.
Beds were comfy
No overhead light in either bedroom.
No outlet in the bathroom.
No shelf or niche in the shower.
No towel bar to hang wet towels.
No hairdryer.
The room was profoundly humid... to the point that all the clothes in our suitcases were WET. The floor was completely wet with puddles from the humidity in the room.
There were no chairs in the room. No table to set anything on.
The TV in the bedroom did not work.
