This is an ammended review from a one star. After posting my experience for the Fairfield, management reached out to me and refunded my costs for this horrible night. The staff was lovely, the experience was not. I will post the experience again in the "not like" section.
Walls are paper thin, window and curtains did not block any noise from the Beltway. Customers were loud and up late and management didn't seem to have any knowledge of how to stop them. I could hear people above and below. If you are coming here to party, maybe this is right for you. Beds were comfy, shower was good. But with earplugs, fan running - I could still hear ALL rooms around me up late and making noise.
Management did say renovations were on the way. Hopefully they can put some more sound proofing in.

the air unit in the room blasts really hard air making it freezing. to avoid a gust of constant air flow we had to keep the air off which made it warm in the room. the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. pillows were too soft and few.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the staff was not friendly.

Bathroom had baby roaches. The floor in the room had some sort of subflooring and creaked very loudly. I had to figure out a path to maneuver around the room to be considerate and so as not to disturb the people downstairs.
It would appear that decisions for guest with CHILDREN would have been common sense to be placed all in one section so as NOT to disturb guest that do not have children. Because the walls were thin I had to listen to children crying, children yelling, children yelling and running down the hallways and children letting the doors slam so my whole room and door would shake.
I had to make an unscheduled trip, during a holiday, for a funeral and was disenchanted and disheartened in the accommodations.
I will not be back and will inform others the same.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and temperature. A/C worked great. Wasn't loud. The night was peaceful and quiet. Great convenient location to eateries, shopping and the convention center.
The bathroom floor needed renovation. The shower pressure isn't great. Would prefer two sinks for family convenience.

Breakfast was great and staff very friendly!
We were bother during the night saying that we were being to loud and that they would have to move us to a different room if the noise continued, supposedly they were getting complaints from the floor below us..Don't know if our room was being mistaken but it did upset me that we were being bother as well while we were trying to get some sleep too.

The staff was friendly.
I couldn't close my curtains in my bedroom so the street lights beamed in the room all night. It was hard to stay asleep. The bathroom was stuck and hard to open and close due to foundation issues.

We evacuated for Hurricane Ida. The staff was amazing at accommodating us and helping us to be comfortable while we waited to find out just what we would be going home to. Three moms and 10 kids- we were probably louder than most people would have liked but the staff never made us feel uncomfortable or like a burden. Hotel was close to many food places and shopping.
