When I arrived they did there were No Yes rooms and I didn’t get to stay and they still charged me.

I came to Phoenix to work the Waste Management Open. No one at the front desk. I called the number that was posted on the window no answer. The manager calls me back after 20 minutes and tells me he is canceling my reservation while I am standing outside of the front office. He canceled my reservation because he could get a higher rate from someone else. I had my reservation in since August. I have stayed in a lot of Rodeway Inns and I have never been treated like this before.

It looked great as I pulled into the parking lot.

Well, where to begin? I had reserved my room online,and had selected the pay later option. Upon arrival, I was notified that my reservation had been canceled. Due to insufficient funds in my account. I actually had plenty of money in my account. However, while traveling, I for safety sake lock my cards. So no transactions can be made if I were to lose my cards. The manager despite my pay later selection, had tried to run my card anyway. Red flag number 1. I was then told it was no problem as I explained why the card didn’t work and showed him once activated it worked fine. No problem, I’ll give you another (more expensive) room. But… I have to charge an additional security deposit. Red flag number 2. Hmmm, okay. So you’re going to put an additional $100 hold on my card. Correct? No. I’m going to charge your card for the additional money. It will be returned after you check out. IF everything is okay. Red flag number 3. So far my $74 room has gone up in price from $74 to $298. Uh, what constitutes “okay”? I asked. “Get out stay somewhere else!” Was his response. As he stepped back through a door behind the counter and slammed the door. Leaving me standing there Furiously dumbfounded. Dude was straight up trying to steal my money. This fella has no idea how fortunate he is that I’m trying to be a good citizen. The End

Der Chef war wirklich sehr nett und hat sich noch eine Weile mit uns unterhalten. Die Lage war für uns super.

Die Unterkunft könnte etwas sauberer sein. Ebenso die Handtücher. Da wir nur ein paar Stunden zum Schlafen dort waren, war es ok. Ein Wasserhahn im Waschbecken ging nicht auf.

Parking up front, with a trailer hooked to my truck. Good bed. Shower head provided great shower, although water faucet for shower difficult to work for a decent warm shower. Knob has no direction for cold or hot water. Nearly scalded me.

Front desk manager. My check in seemed to disturb him from his back room. Afterward, his demeanor changed my mind about staying another night. I found another place near airport, not as budget priced as old town rode house, but willing to pay more just so I Dont have to see a unwelcome expression.

Nice place not far from Phoenix airport. Confortable and safe

The room looked like a freezer when we arrived and the staff was not very kind

Was conveniently located to get together with relatives and locate dining spots.

Attempting a direct contact with the facility was not possible the way you're set up. If info was passed on, the facility didn't notice it.
