It was nice that we could pick what we wanted and there was ample selection. We wanted to hit the road early so did not want a full breakfast.
If we were staying longer, we might have liked having a freshly made breakfast.

I had to leave quickly. I did not have breakfast.
No outstanding dislikes.

Hospitality and staff were great. It was close to our destination and there were plenty of places to shop and eat in the area. The location and our stay was quiet. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Nice room, clean, comfortable and good order. The location was wonderful to me and the clerk was amazing person
My recommendation is build a elevator. That is necessary for disability persons, no for me now.

The location was walking distance to the downtown area where there were numerous restaurants to choose from. It was also just a short drive to campus. The breakfast provided a large variety of items and was well stocked. It was nice to have snacks available all during the day as well.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely old home that has been very nicely restored. Very comfortable. Good sized desk for working. Large array of choices for breakfast (including decaf tea and coffee). Easy access from the freeway and to town and campus.
We are not dog lovers.

It is a lovely old house. It is located on a quiet street, but within a few blocks of a business district. That meant that walking to dinner was easy and pleasant. The room was smallish, but the comfortable sitting area made it pleasant. While the bath was across the hall, that did not prove a problem.
While there were many options for the 'continental' breakfast, everything was pre-packaged. So much waste. The third floor location of the room was a challenge, but we knew to expect it, so not really a problem.

I liked that there was such a large selection of items for breakfast. They seemed to have covered everything they could for a Continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a convenient distance from the Amtrak station.
I didn't see any staff while I was there. It would have been nice to meet them.

understand Covid issues, but miss a real breakfast

The place is very quaint and full of character. My wife loved to pet the dogs and the common areas feel very welcoming and make you feel in a home away from home.
The location is also great--downtown is a short walk--yet it is far enough that you don't get much noise around.

Beautiful historic home. Loved our room. Bed & bedding were great. Spent time in parlor watching TV and on front porch.

The breakfast was yogurt and granola bars from Costco. There were apparently some kinds of prepackaged things you could heat up, but we didn't look.
We got a room on the third floor. We are both elderly, and even though the reservation said 'third floor', it did not prepare us for the unbearably steep (and dangerous) stairs. There was no landing on the second floor where we could rest and only one side had a handrail. We left a day early because of this. Kevin did give us a $50 gift certificate for our next stay, which was very nice, but we probably will not stay there again.

Check in was very easy, despite the lack of in-person contact
The room was very comfortable
Breakfast had a lot of choices

Fantastic location, lovely building, spacious room, whirlpool tub.
The mattress on the bed was very soft. My partner and I had trouble falling asleep and our backs didn't react well to it.

Excellent hotel and uniquely done. Very different room decoration, loved it
Nothing specific..parking is a small problem as there are relatively lesser slots available
