Location.
I’m an IHG member and disappointed with room cleanliness and aesthetics. Rundown furniture, questionable spots on wall, bathroom walls dirty, walls above shower dilapidated. Floor looked questionable. Hallway floor outside elevator was dirty. Chairs in lounge breakfast area worn down and dirty. IHG needs to do better to keep my business.

Breakfast was awesome and the location was exactly what we wanted for the night on our way to Outerbanks NC
We arrived just before dinner, possibly suggest some restaurants if we were looking for somewhere to go. We went to a chain restaurant because we thought that was safe but didn't turn out very good.

I've stayed here many times before; it's a convenient location when visiting family.
The TV in my room had to be adjusted in order for the cable to work.

The walls are paper thin. Could hear the party going on next door until 5:30am, and the person on the other side yelling at whom ever was with them. When we complained about hearing all this, were told "I highly doubt that".
