Hotel molto bello, con stanze ampie, letti comodi e molti servizi a disposizione, tra cui una palestra e una piscina (di cui però non abbiamo usufruito). Collocato in un bel quartiere residenziale, comodo per raggiungere Georgetown ma abbastanza lontano dalle altre zone chiave della città. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e di fronte all'hotel ci sono una farmacia e un piccolo supermercato. Pochi i ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze, ma l'hotel ne ha uno interno.

Lo staff potrebbe essere più amichevole. Suggerirei di dotare gli appartamenti - che dispongono di una piccola cucina con frigo, lavabo e microonde - di una minima dotazione di stoviglie che al momento è assente se non per alcuni bicchieri. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: c'erano problemi di rifornimento (alcune cose finivano già di prima mattina e non venivano ripristinate) e l'offerta è abbastanza limitata (mancano ad esempio affettati, formaggi e non vi è quasi nulla di dolce - vi sono però frutta fresca, uova, salsicce e bacon). Carina la postazione che offre omelette preparate al momento, tuttavia negli orari di punta si creano lunghe file.

Mooie grote kamer, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Ligging is goed met de metro op 10 min lopen en the Mall op ca. 45 a 60 min lopen.

De kitchenette is wel erg klein. Mocht zelf iets willen koken, dan kan je alleen heet water maken met het koffiezetapparaat of de magnetron gebruiken.

Le petit déjeuner avec pas assez de sucré. Espace froid et bruyant.

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin du métro direct depuis l'aéroport (Foggy Bottom sur la Silver Line). Très belle suite, permet de loger confortablement à 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner très bien !

Il manque du matériel pour profiter de la cuisine (pas d'assiettes ! ). Le réfrigérateur est bruyant. Aucun service de chambre pour un séjour de 4 nuits, dommage pour un établissement de cette classe.

Large suite with everything you would expect and need for a short to medium term stay. The staff were excellent and there was even included breakfast and 2 happy hour drinks for guests

A little bit of a walk to the nearest metro but it’s a very nice neighborhood.

Helpful staff, great location, quiet. I think we would have enjoyed the pool/spa but there were many families staying at the Embassy Suites that kept those facilities full.

The breakfast and happy hours provided were a mad house. The staff was working well together, but more help was needed. We avoided them after our first day. Internet was spotty often dropping our connection
