Comfortable, clean and quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and very helpful. On our trip we stayed at this hotel coming and going. Obviously we were very pleased.

Every hotel needs a front desk clerk like Susan. Period!

The staff. Susan, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful. I was dealing with a knee injury and was unable to walk a long distance to my room. She accommodated my needs effortlessly.

Everything. The staff was super nice at checking in and out, always with a smile.

Just to say something, may be better pillows, but I loved the fact of having 2 per person.

It was just right for our overnight needs

Good location, clean, friendly staff

I got a room with a recliner and it was totally worn out. They did say they are ordering new chairs (much needed for those with acid reflux)

Location was good and the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly

The pet cost was not mentioned in price. I have not traveled with a pet and thought the price was steep.

Very nice , looked new, very good size room, comfortable bed , great size bathroom. Would stay again.

Air conditioner worked poorly and was noisy. I asked for a band aid, the hostess checked both first aid kits but there were no band aids. There was no shampoo in bathroom.
