The single car garage for ski stuff is excellent and probably the best feature. However, the door between the condo and the garage was very difficult to open. We told them on day one of the problem and during our 5-night stay but never was addressed. We notice in the guest book that the previous guest mentioned the same problem of the stuck door. The Management group shows no urgency of fixing the problem - who knows how long the door problem has been going on - but one of the main doors in and out to keep snow and ice outside as they requested yet difficult to open. A kid definitely could not open the door without assistance.

The kitchen counter dishes and flatware were dirty. The cleaning people left coffee in the pot - the oven looks like it had not been cleaned in months, wax on the counter, spider webs in the beams in the bedroom. The potholders were so filthy full of grease and food and probably have not been cleaned in a year. A chipped glass where a guest cut her lip. Just not clean or checked for proper cleanings between guests. This maybe the result of asking guess to do dishes before they leave - and then never checking for quality of cleaning. The details make the difference. I sent photos to the management of the cleaning issues. Providing a little laundry soap would be nice to wash kitchen towels, a scrub brush to scrub a pan better than a 2x2 inch sponge. A box of tissues would also be nice and expected for a 5 night stay. During our stay we received a text from Management saying “we need to talk” the neighbors are complaining about boys throwing Icicles and we want to avoid the sheriff. Very Accusatory and assuming. We did not have young boys and had no part in doing such things. We let them know it was not us, yet there was an unnecessary attitude and no apology from Management.

Absolutely everything was wonderful!

There was nothing to dislike about this gorgeous townhouse!
