Breakfast was bare minimum. Adequate with minimal selections.

The only staff member that we saw was nice and helpful but he appeared to be overworked. The first room had a large hole at the base of the wall and had an aroma that was not pleasant to us. The night manager gave us another room upstairs which much better.

The grounds of this hotel was trashy and littered with fast food bags, plastic bottles ect.. The stairs and hallways were also filthy. Maybe there is a staffing shortage but the place could use some cleaning. Our room on the other hand was nice and clean.

Smelled a little like urine-didn’t like the breakfast selections. Not a lot of choices and only grape jelly for waffles.

Staff wasn’t very professional. Asked management to get the room cleaned and the lady cleaning told maintenance that we asked her not to clean which was not the case. Towels were extremely dirty. We asked to get more towels and the manager said that all of the towels were in the wash. When they brought it to our room they were all stained. The floors and tiles were always wet every night. This made me very nervous as my mom just had surgery so I was nervous she’d fall and hurt herself in the middle of the night when going to the restroom. The outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was missing a toilet roll holder. It took forever to get the hot water running in the shower. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and we never got it. We complained to the manager and his response was “I’ll be happy to check you out right now.” Instead of trying to address the issues
