Customer service was horrible the short lady was rude and the older man was grumpy because I checked the bed to be sure it was no huh and the sheets was clean he got mad at me the room floor was dirty I wiped it with the towel because I wasted water on the floor I wiped it and it was dirty asf the shower walls was so dirty I got my own bleach and cleaned up it was horrible

I did not like the place.
Bad attitude, room smelled like cigarettes, no towels and toilet paper, we also had bugs in bathroom. There was no breakfast eventhought it was included in price. Receptionist said it was because of covid. Very bad attitude from receptionist, he did not want to accept my debit card, eventhough I paid with it everywhere else in USA. He also asked me to tell him my pin code. Will not come back and do not recommend.

rooms were very spacious and clean
there was a man who worked their that would sit on a Couch that was outside in a hallway and watch the people that were staying their , not like security would it was creepy and made me feel like I was going to get in trouble for walking to the soda machine because he would stare at you didn’t like that at all

The owners and workers are rude, scammers. We extended our stay several times and every time the price went up. No breakfast, poor area, everything in the room was either broken, malfunctioned and DIRTY. We had to end up cleaning our own room. I booked the hey Booking.com and they told me to cancel my booking if I wanted to keep the same rate. After paint for the final stay, my Husband and Business partner was asleep in the room and the office manager had just walked in w/ o even knocking. He saw me leave and I guess assumed we had both left and came in our room, unannounced, no knock, no warning. He was startled, and shocked that someone was in the room and had the nerve to ask if we paid knowing very well we had paid the previous night! He was the one who took our payment. UNBELIEVABLE! Needless to say, we left the very next morning checking out promptly at 11am. Please. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
