It was shelter because of a thunderstorm hitting the area we had to pull off shelter off the highway

Didn't have a bottom floor that I requested had to park in the very back walk a good distance upstairs with children and a dog very hard it's hard for me to walk upstairs bad diabetic feet paid extra for an upgrade then was a roaches very poor conditions of the room and the building of the motel

We tried to book the room for another night and tried to go pay the night before and the gentleman at the front desk told me to come back in the morning and then waited till we got back in the morning and then told us we couldn't rebook the room. I was clearly trying to spend more money with them but they make you try to jump through loops to spend money with them not very professional. That's bad business practice to run all people that's trying to spend money with you. And what's worse is you tell me the room is not available but when I tried to come in and check in the next day you were going to put me right back in the same room you told me wasn't available. That's crazy y'all need to get your stuff together.

The ice maker did not work.

No breakfast, lobby doors were locked, Ice machine doesn’t work at all.

What did i like? nothing really. the room wasn't clean. my husband killed a roach while I was taking a shower. We were very disappointed to have paid 82.00 for a room and it had roaches.

I reserved the room online. When we got to the property to check in, the lady told me the total and ask if i was paying cash or card. i explained that i had already paid for the room. she then proceeded to tell me that we could cancel that reservation, and hen she could charge my card. or, i could leave the reservation and then pay a 100.00 deposit. of course, if i paid the deposit with my card, when they issue it back to me, it would take 5-10 business days to get back to me. i then left and went to the atm and withdrew the money to pay the deposit in cash.

The drug addicts and screaming babies. The cigarette burns on the toilet. The stained towels. The bed was like a cott. The covers were thin and itchy. The microwave was dirty and burnt out. It was awful

Nothing was good about that place

They have bed bugs

absolutely nothing, by far the worst room I’ve ever seen I would rather stay the night in a county jail
