Spacieux 4 chambres 2 salles de bain chalet est un classique LBI; 6 maisons de levers de soleil et des marches à de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la baie. Au premier étage, il y a 2 chambres (1 double, 2 lits jumeaux) une salle de bain complète, cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle de saisons, et buanderie. Deuxième étage dispose de 2 grandes chambres, (2 reines, 2 lits jumeaux) 1 salle de bain complète, un deuxième espace de vie, un café-bar, et une terrasse. Il y a aussi une grande douche extérieure, un barbecue au gaz et une grande table de pique-nique. Le balcon du deuxième étage a une table et des chaises.
Le chalet est situé au milieu de l'île ce qui rend tout ce que LBI a à offrir seulement un court trajet en voiture. La location est sur une grande rue avec une grande plage et beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre et attraper quelques rayons. 1 pâté de maisons de la Hutte Custard (crème glacée et déjeuner / dîner) et Cool Delights (crème glacée), 5 blocs à un magasin du coin pour votre journal du matin et le café. L'épicerie de LBI - ACME - est à cinq minutes en voiture. 4 pâtés de maisons est Bay View Park; fournir l'accès à une grande aire de jeux, des terrains de basket-ball, des courts de pickle ball, et une plage côté baie animée par un sauveteur. De nombreux restaurants et magasins dans un cycliste ou une promenade en voiture rapide. Près de plusieurs terrains de golf miniatures! Un endroit idéal pour les familles!

Large roomy house and bedrooms. On quiet street, a short walk to the beach which generally had open spaces to spread out. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. A short drive to many local restaurants.

The place was excellent. Clean, spacious, bright and close to the beach. The place had everything you would need for vacation, even air conditioning.

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was simply perfect. The location, the house, the helpfulness of the owner all was amazing. We enjoyed walking nightly to the custard hut and were able to watch the fireworks from the top balcony. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY recommend!

We were 3 adults and 4 teens, this place had plenty of room for all of us. Appliances were new, Custard Hutt is nextdoor (pizza, burgers..etc) and their garage was full of extra beach chairs and beach stuff. It was a REALLY hot week and the AC worked great. Owner is very responsive.

This is a cute cottage with charm , furnished in a relaxed and welcoming style. There are plenty of places to wind down and relax, read or play games. Everything you need is available in this house. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to park in front of the house. The owner is very quick to respond to any of your needs or questions. Cape cods like this one are sadly rare on the island these days and it was sheer pleasure to be able to stay in one like this one.

This was a wonderful cottage located just 4 houses from an amazing beach. My wife and I stayed with our (2 kids 1.5 and 4.5) and we had more than enough room. You could easily sleep 10 comfortably, as long as some share the master upstairs.
The side yard was a nice piece of grass with a picnic table that provided a great space when we had another family over for dinner. Everything worked as it should.
This is a classic LBI cottage so don’t expect anything crazy modern or reversed living. It has a ton of character and was just what we were looking for. It was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed at many places in LBI and this was top notch.
Les is also a 10/10 host. We had the slightest issue with the hot water upstairs and he was willing to send someone out right away (it wasn’t a big deal for us at all, but I greatly appreciated his attention).
Small side notes - awesome beach that was pretty empty all week. 2 great ice cream places in a short walk, which our kids loved. Plenty of parking on the street if needed. Can easily fit 2 cars in the driveway. Second fridge in the garage which is always a huge plus!
No restaurants in walking distance, but if you know LBI you know that already. Plenty of great spots in a short drive.
We always like to try new houses, but we would definitely come back here!

The house was perfect for our group of 6. More than enough beds, very clean and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that was great to have. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and a short drive to grocery and liquor stores. Overall excellent!

We had an absolute wonderful time!! The cottage has plenty of room for being all together or needing a little privacy. Location is fabulous, beds so very comfy, very clean and well cared for!! Highly recommend!!

Awesome access to beach and walks or bikes riding. Deck has nice view of sunsets. Outdoor shower and grill are top notch. Inside has lots of room for multiple gathering spots. All mattresses are comfy and bedrooms spread out. Yummy ice cream store about 2 min walk; very convenient.

Our family has been renting in LBI for years and this house had all we were looking for now! Kids up through grandparents had a great time. House is clean and spacious for all. Phenomenal location close to beach and bay. Owner was very available and friendly. Could not have asked for a better house and vacation week. We look forward to coming back for years to come!

The Cottage is a very comfortable property located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. Our grandchildren enjoyed having different areas to play, draw, eat and watch TV both downstairs and in the upper floor. On top of that we got to experience Hurricane Isaias going over us! it left us without power for one day, but gave us a sense of how you miss what you normally take for granted. A particular mention to a great landlord. Les Armour is not only a great person but also a very accommodating landlord. We'll definitely consider coming back next year.

Overall the property was exactly what we were looking for in a beach rental. Very short walk to a pretty beach. Not a lot of other beachgoers at this street location which was perfect. We had more than enough bed/bedrooms for our family of 5. The house is very clean and well maintained. The property owner was terrific to interact with and very attentive to anything we needed. Last but not least, if you like frozen custard, the custard hut is a block away and fantastic!
We will likely book this home again next year.

We had a very nice vacation at this property! Four houses from the beach made getting two kids there much easier! The location on the island is great. 10 minutes to Beach Haven and 10 minutes to Surf city. The description of the home is very accurate. It really has a lot of space. The upstairs is great and actually has its own entrance. Its great for families. The overall feel of the house is relaxing and well decorated. We have been staying on LBI for thirty years and would recommend this place. It is very clean and well maintained. Check in process was seamless and Les was very responsive and accessible. We will rent again!

Met all of our needs, had excellent time and would recommend. House is very nice, linens available for use (though we used our own), close to beach, easy walk there. Good time!

Our family had a wonderful week in this house-twas clean, plenty of room for 4 kids and 4 adults, and was close to everything! Owner was responsive. Short walk to ocean. We went everyday! Ice cream only a block away. If you love LBI, you'll like this place!
