Organizational closet & desk areas, nice pool & hot tub

Closet lights don't turn off, so you have to close the bathroom door at night, hot, stuffy room. Thermostat worked only when it wanted to. Rooms are small & cramped. Kitchen shelves are very high, so unless you're 7 feet tall, hope you don't need what's on the top shelf. Shower had no clear strip on bottom of door, so leaked heavily, weatherstrip on edge of shower door was put on improperly, so it resulted in even more leaking. Room " looked" clean up on arrival, but was scalded by water from the Keurig when we tried to use, and the next day found Keurig pieces in the garbage disposal. So obviously the Keurig wasn't cleaned ? Laundry room was $2.00 per load, washers leaked. Overcharged above what we agreed to on booking.com.

It's a very nice room for a family (2 bedrooms and a sofabed in the living room). The kitchen is very well equipped, so you could actually cook a family meal. The hotel is close to a gas station and a supermarket. It is conveniently located close to I-90, which is the purpose we were there for. The swimming pool is very nice and spacious.

Nothing, nice place

Two bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen (including stove, oven and dishwasher), table with seating for four, thermostat in each room to satisfy differing preferences, most comfortable beds and a beautiful shower. Excellent breakfast in the morning (eggs, sausage, waffles plus pretty much anything else you might want) included in the room rate. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. A special shout-out to Nick, the General Manager, for his help and going above and beyond with a problem we had with our vehicle.

There was absolutely nothing not to like about this property. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

There are only a few restaurants located in the area.

We had a 3d floor room with lots of extra space (handicap accessible). It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was minimally stocked but sufficient. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly.

The utensils and kitchenware (the can opener especially!) were in rough shape. They were functional but barely. The fridge didn't close seal/well, so you had to push hard to make sure it was actually shut. A few times we thought it was shut but it wasn't and it got warm in there.
