The space
The drug heads on the stairs for hours right outside slumped over on the stairs out of his mind for hours an the trash pile up almost to heaven an the flys omg

I like the space and open concept of the place.
I did not like the fact that for the entire wk/wknd I had to look and smell trash. The trash was completely running over in the bins next door and was left on the side of the street. It was disgusting

The furniture was old and in need of repair. The suite in the living area was worn and uncomfortable

Pretty, modern and spacious.
Smelled damp. Beds felt like rocks. EXTREMELY NOISY NEIGHBORS! Babies crying all times of night; floors and walls were like paper so we were at the mercy of every step the above neighbors took throughout the night and early mornings; arguments out front at midnight. Ridiculous. VERY DISAPPOINTED; paid too much to not be able to relax. Reached out to Hosteeva many times to no avail. Two days in, I called and requested to be moved to another property but the local mgr never called me back. So, I was stuck because I'd already paid. It was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
