I Never Stayed At The Hotel They Guy Said If I Had Someone With Me He Would Call The Police So I Never Got The Room Key .

Be careful with this hotel, they charge you a $25 deposit plus $5 taxes but when you leave the hotel, supposedly the $25 dollars are refundable and they never do it. You call the hotel to find out what happened and they say it's still in process. It's been more than 1 I've been waiting for a month and so far they've done it... not to mention that it's the second time I've been there and it was the same

I didn’t like anything about that hotel the manger was so rude then they charge a deposit an if u pay cash u don’t get your deposit back but if you use a card you will get the the deposit back in 7 to 10 business days and they charge $5 dollars for a administration fee they have the worse customer service I ever had in my life

Staff lied and said I checkout at 11:35. I told him I check out before 11am. I was charge $30. They are not honest. The lady didn’t say anything about me checking out late when I return key. Totally dishonest.
Be honest don’t steal from your customers? If I check out late I be honest about it and confess that I check out late. I’ve been at other hotels and ask for late checkout and if there will be a fee. The person did not mention to me there would be late check out fee when I gave her the room key because I check out before 11am.

My room had no trash can or toilet tissue. It took me almost 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone and was told to come get the tissue myself from the front desk. My deposit was never returned and after multiple calls with no answer I ended up disputing the charges.

they tried to scam me out of 60 dollars and don’t wanna answer the phone when questioned about it
there’s drugs and meth heads everywhere and pretty sure some of the staff is to everyone theee should be drug tested

It was close to my meeting
The customer service is bad and they made up extra feeds I stayed 2 nights I order my room online for 55 the second day and the staff tryed to charge me 55 on top of that with fees that was made up 25 dollar deposit 25 for booking online and 5 dollar admin fee so I would have paid 100 dollars are either pay 25 deposit and check out with would have been 80 still SMH!! They up sale every thing in the front office they really need to be investigated they are changing what they want and don't care if you order your room on line they will find a way to get at least 50 from you and also they have a no refund policy that's how they keep ur deposit

Very peaceful. Staff an people at check in were very helpful. Room was very clean.
I have no complaints. Only thing I would have preferred 1st or 2nd floor.

The decor and the staff was sum what helpful. I would recommend it.
The cost and the time I didn't spend with my children. I love every color of people. All races are good. I miss my family and friends.
