Excellent accommodations and professional courteous

Very friendly staff and super comfortable room. Night clerk told us about the Durango Hot Springs. Made our trip fantastic!

Our rooms were clean and comfortable! Breakfast was amazing, staff were helpful, Friendly and accommodating! Great ambassadors for Durango city! We will stay here every visit!

Average hotel. Nothing special.

Staff at the reception desk, and the breakfast area were exceptional, friendly and competent.

This is an average property. Decor a bit tired. In no way was it worth the amount of money we had to pay! Grossly overpriced!

Attractive modern furnishings and very clean.

I didn’t like the cost for the room and the lack of courtesy among the staff most times the front desk was empty. The breakfast served was not appealing.

Great place only 10 mins from town

Very clean and everything looked pretty new & fresh. We didn’t try the pool so can’t comment. Breakfast options (free) very good and the staff were very helpful, particularly the chef.

Everyone was helpful and the place was clean. Sarah at the desk was great and always willing to help

It was a huge bonus to get up and eat at the hotel and it came with the room. Food was great and the staff was the best

We stayed in a king handicap room. Plenty of room storage was different didn’t have a place to hang my wife’s dress. I do understand that it was set up handicapped visitors. Other than that everything was great.

Best service of any hotel I’ve stayed at in the states

Best service ever. From the people at check-in to the chef at breakfast … everyone went above and beyond.

it’s not a hotel you could just walk out and be downtown…the views are beautiful though

Fantastic breakfast and good bed and pillows.

The front desk staff, chef and breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfortable. I loved it that they served frittatas and crustless quiche for breakfast rather than the fake eggs you get you get at other hotels with free breakfast.

The internet seemed slow, but I was also having laptop problems so it may not have been the hotel's fault. The price was a bit higher than I expected. The Marriott Bonvoy website is a bit challenging. It was easier to book on Booking.com.

Great Place to stay in Durango!

Nice place and fantastic friendly staff! We sure love Ralph’s breakfast and his morning Deer family visits…What at treat!!!

The shower pressure wasn’t very good in our bathroom but that’s all I can say about our stay everything else was great.

overall very happy with the stay and would highly recommend.

convenient location, friendly staff, very clean, indoor pool/hot tub, great breakfast selection.

The hot tub had an orange tint to the water and funny smell but it didn’t stop me from getting in. although I couldn’t wait to shower afterwards.

This hotel was an excellent stop a few minutes from Tuen center in Durango. In Fall, it was reasoipriced with great amen

Very large room with comfortable bed and large refrigerator and microwave. Perfect location for travelers. breakfast was better than typical hotel hit breakfast with fresh cut fruit and omelettes.
