We have stayed here several times, and I had mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday during this stay. The staff really stepped up (and beyond)! Not only was there a bottle of prosecco waiting for us but they'd upgraded us to a spectacular suite with exceptional city views. Mahical! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to James, the manager who really made our stay one to remember.

The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, room was very small, it was my birthday and nothing was done or left in the room, we went upstairs to check out the rooftop before dinner and it was weird vibes
8.0
Breakfast was terrible, the cafe next door that they suggest in the hotel, offered mediocre service, and the food was very expensive for the quality and quantity!
That they do not have a little cafe or breakfast inside the hotel.

The staff were extremely personable, professional, and pleasant.
Cleanliness was a bit of an issue - we had leftover food in our fridge at check in, as well as caked on food on the ice bucket tongs in the room we were reassigned to. Also not a big fan of the bed or linens in terms of quality and comfort.

Good location for exploring Manhattan. And great little gem next door, MishMosh.
The first night we got there, only one elevator was working. Once, that issue was fixed, everything ran smoothly.

Enjoyed the second floor. Great staff, especially Jordan, Terence, Kim, and 15th Floor room attendant
Bar tab minimum makes enjoying the roof less appealing

I love the modern contemporary aesthetic of the building. Convenient location.
The room I stayed in seemed to have a bad layout. My room felt smaller than the room I stayed in a few years ago, even though both rooms were a 1 king bed. I kept bumping into my bed and TV because the room was so cramped. Also, I kept seeing used towels laying in the hallway.

Extremely convenient location in Chinatown, close to Nolita, Little Italy, Soho. Stylish, clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and lovely. The custom decorated fortune cookies upon check-in were a nice touch!

Good location, within 10 mins of a couple of subway stations. The staff were great, really helpful. The breakfast is included and is delicious. The roof top bar has a great view.
Nothing.

Room was really nice, room was very quiet, room was clean every day, bathroom was nice and soundproofed well from the room. view was incredible.
bedding (sheets and mattress cover) was very noisy. There isn't really a great option to get food at the hotel - even delivery in the neighborhood is challenging.

great location. stunning city view rooms with nice minimal decor and great touches that reflected the neighbourhood (eg kimono style Asian detailed bathrobes). amazing bars and restaurants on doorstep. the hotel breakfast is delivered from a Lebanese cafe next door - 5 star! the rooftop bar was also very stylish with a young party crowd and fab views

The location is perfect, it’s close to the tube station, in a lively area. Any destination we picked was max.30 minutes from the hotel, which was great. Our room was big and comfortable, very large bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was not included in our fare but, we ordered it twice in the communal space on the 2nd floor and it was good; I appreciated the fact that there were some vegan options. It’s also nice that you can get coffee and tea during the day, enjoying a nice view. We also tried the rooftop bar which was really amazing, the view was just incredible.
And the last thing, we tried the gym which is not big but there is all you need.
The only thing I would say is that the gym was very dirty. The rest of the hotel was really clean.

The room was nicely decorated- not fancy, but clean and relaxing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was really
The room was smaller than I'd expect in another city, but that's reasonable in NYC.

Modern hotel in a good location.

The city-view room and the Chinatown location.
I would have loved a little more storage in the room and additional outlets (on both sides of the bed).

I really enjoyed the design of the room. The room is spacy, mild colors and feels refurbished, fresh and classy. There was a minifridge where you could put drinks etc (no minibar). Products in shower were nice, mild but fresh fragrance. Comfortable desk. The location was good, 5-7 min walk to the metrostation, easy to walk to Chinatown, Little Italy and all shops/restos etc near SOHO/BOWERY/LOWER MANHATTAN. Nice roof top bar. I enjoyed the stay.
There is a "living room" on floor 2 where you can get coffee, but I missed not having a proper breakfast restaurant. I also did not enjoy the blankets, they were sheets covering the blanket rather than duvet covers - but this is details.

Beautiful views, spacious rooms. I loved the property - rooftops and breakfast/lounge area. Ordering food from the restaurant next door is super convenient. Will definitely stay here in the future!

lovely rooms , comfortable beds. for New York quite big rooms
one very unfriendly receptionist. we asked if we could check out half an hour later. without even looking at us, he said very grumpy .. no not possible . what’s half an hour if you booked 3 rooms for 3 days … this person certainly doesn’t know the word hospitality
