*Contemporary apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - felt like an hotel room (in a good way!) *Well-equipped: including a full kitchen, grill, and a washing machine / dryer *Pleasant balcony with absolutely beautiful views to the forest *Great on-site spa with a large hot-tub (outdoors) *Clear instructions on how to enter / use the facilities / check-out *The whole parking lot was promptly plowed after an intense snow storm the night before we left (phew!)

*Toilet and bathtub were moderately dirty when we arrived and we had to perform some cleaning ourselves *The main bed was squeaky *The TV on the bedroom could be larger *The heated pool is off-site: we tried going but found it too cumbersome to park a few blocks away from it and walk in the cold weather... so we ended up heading back

Smelled horrible, poor amenities. Lock to apartment annoying. Stuffy and hot.

I liked the whole apartment and the balcony with the wooded view and sound of the stream. I also like the fact that it is in a more secuded area.

The BBQ burner cover needs to be replaced.

We couldn't find anyone to tell where the property was. Everyone we talked to on the phone couldn't answer our questions. We had to ask someone from a different property management company where our condo was.

Easy to find, loved the quiet area out of town, the trees and river behind the deck.

The heat was on full blast T-stat did not work needed to regulate heat by keeping the windows open!

Lovely spacious apartment which was perfect for our ski vacation. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for us. It is out of town (lovely and quiet) but the resort shuttle stops right at the property so getting to River Run for skiing and restaurants is very easy and they even offer an after hours on-call service so a car is really not necessary. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Also very handy to have the washer and dryer to use. We used the hot tub every day- perfect after a day on the slopes!

It was very hot! We turned the heat down all the way but sometimes we had to have the windows open. We also had issues with the key cards not working but Laura at Vacasa was incredibly helpful and they are working on fixing this.
