Room an facilities are clean. Breakfast is good.

There is a good pizza place out the back door. Pretty much a straight shot to the airport.

Difficult to find. Most directions involve a $14 toll road. Breakfast was late, and not the best. The room had odds and ends problems.

The front desk person was the rudest, most insensitive, down-right mean and completely disrespectful to me and others guests she visited with. I would never stay at this hotel again just because of her.

The beds need to be sanitized. I think the beds have bed bugs

Great location (close to downtown, red rocks amp., and RMNP). Good hot breakfast! Large room! Great mountain views from parts of the hotel

Room and location were great.

Cleaning staff showed up before check-out time and stripped beds while out of the room. They stayed in the room after trying to explain that I needed to take a shower after running in a 10k.I moved my belongings into the bathroom and locked the door so I could clean up before hitting the road.
