We had a great stay. We found the property clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was central to the historical sites, dining and shopping in a nice neighborhood. We very much enjoyed the food and drink right outside the door. Everyone in our group said they would stay there again.

Great location near Vatican City, roomy and clean. Was perfect for 2 couples to start 11 days in Italy with 3 days at this property. Apartment has 2 separate rooms that allowed some to work and others to socialize and relax. Very nice and would highly recommend!

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. True to description, AC worked wonderful. Small issue was resolved and I can’t say nicer things about this apartment. Truly lovely! Working elevator was a dream for luggage and achy back to night have to climb stairs. Thank you!

Very quiet neighborhood but easy walk to restaurants and the Vatican, We were hardly in the apartment but the beds were very comfortable and our stay was most enjoyable.

The apartment was great for our family of 4, since it allowed our kids to take over different rooms. It's actually a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 "sitting" rooms, where one of them has a couple of couches that easily turn into a bedroom. The location is more near Castel Sant'Angelo than the Piazza del Popolo, which gives it more of a "where locals live" kind of feel than where tourists stay. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps or Piazza Navonna.
The owner was very communicative and very helpful, and we really enjoyed how welcome they made us feel. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay at Riccardo's apartment. The home itself was clean, spacious, well equipped, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city. It is exactly as pictured.
Riccardo and has team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped us set up transport, store our luggage, and even sent a forgotten item to our next location. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.

Host was very easy to reach and accommodating. Gave us a slightly later check out time to accommodate request. This place was as clean and cleaners showed up as we were leaving.
Location is just over the Tiber River in a quieter residential neighborhood but is a 12 minute walk to Vaticano and a few more minutes over the bridge into a popular tourist area. There is a taxi stand a block away which in Rome is real estate gold if you don’t have a concierge that can call a taxi for you. There is a coffee bar across the street for breakfast. Great experience particularly for a longer term stay

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Located within 15-20 minute walking distance to the Vatican and other places of interest. There are many lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Coffee, tea and a lovely sampling of limoncelo from our host Riccardo were available upon our arrival. Riccardo you are an excellent host always available when needed. We had an amazing time and we plan to return and hope you will welcome us once again to your lovely penthouse.

We loved staying at Riccardo's beautiful and elegant property. The home was impeccably decorated, immaculately clean, and so warmly welcoming. In the Prati area close to the Vatican, we found walking anywhere and everywhere very easy to do. The location was perfect for us. Nearby were good cafes and restaurants, also.
Riccardo, the host, was an excellent communicator making it so easy to check-in, secure rides from the airport, recommend and reserve restaurants, and serve as a friendly connection for whatever we needed. His response to all of our questions was immediate and helpful. I cannot thank him enough for his generosity of time and his graciousness.
We left Rome fully satisfied - it is a beautiful city, full of life, passion, good humor, and majestic sights. We felt immediately welcomed by its people and most of all by Riccardo who made the first introduction so lovely. We will return and look forward to staying at properties hosted by Riccardo at Roman Holidays.

We stayed for 4 weeks. We took a bit of a gamble never having been in the Prati area of Rome. But, it was fantastic. Very close to old Rome, but across the river (3 blocks away) and away from the tourists and traffic Lots of local restaurants, many of which were excellent and not so touristy, and local grocery markets. Easy access to Metro and virtually behind the Castel S'Angelo. I even joined a nearby gym, too.
Riccardo, the owner, was awesome to work with and his staff was very friendly. Very quick and responsive to every request. The apartment was very nice. Clean. The beds were very comfortable (we did not use the pull out couch). The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space.
The electronic access made it very easy for our adult family of four to do each do their own thing without worrying about keys.
We would definitely do an extended stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the Piazza del Popolo apartment, still a great choice.
The location is the best in Rome. You have short walks to sites and a great selection of local restaurants a few blocks in any direction. The new lock system on the apartment door can be a challenge and I’m sure they will work out the kinks.
My only suggestion is to have the apartment floors vacuumed and washed before check in.

Check-in process was virtual and super easy. Property is in great location and plenty of space. My kids appreciated the smart tv for the downtime. It was nice to have recommendations from the hosts on local restaurants since we arrived late at night and needed dinner. Would stay there again!

Perfect stay in Rome!
My husband and I and our two daughters who are 19 and 21, stayed here for three nights and it could not have been better! Ricardo, the host, was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The location could not have been better for us. It is just a little bit outside of the city center where all the sites and tourists are but close to everything we needed. It was a very safe neighborhood and quiet at night. We felt like locals staying here. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Silvia was friendly, helpful, and had good communication. The apartment had enough beds for the five of us, kitchen was well stocked, and the building felt very safe. We were close to everything and had some great restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment! My only observation would be the beds were more firm than I prefer and the pillows could have also been softer. Overall, great place, great location, and great management.

Great apartment!
I’d highly recommend this apartment! It was clean, super spacious and on a quiet street. A great bonus was the grocery store right around the corner. It was easy to walk to most of the big tourist spots but if you need transportation, there are multiple bus stops, a metro stop, and a taxi stand within a block. Plus some great restaurants nearby. Riccardo and team were super responsive and helpful! I’d stay here again for sure!
