The manager was very nice.
That's all we liked.
We refused to stay in the 1st room we were given because it was so FILTHY!!
I'm talking cigarette burns all over the bedspread, cobwebs hanging down yellow with nicotine, (supposed to be a non-smoking room 😂), chunks out of the walls & dirty floors, walls, baseboards etc. The vent fan was so filthy that dust & dirt were hanging out of the fan!
We would have refused the 2nd room we were given, but we were exhausted from driving so long & the room was dirty, not filthy so we slept there.
We will never go back again!

It was close to where I needed to be
the room was filthy and the staff rude when they were advised about that. Only good thing was they switched the room but the new room was not much cleaner just did not have holes in the wall and smell like an ashtray

Very dirty, I was in a non smoking room there was cigarette ashes on the floor by the sink and it smelled like smoke. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom. No amenities save soap, toilet paper and TV. I didn’t feel safe.

After we checked in, we didn’t even make it to our room before the front desk called and told us we would have to come back for a different room key, the one they gave us was just stayed in and still dirty. got to the room, the room smelled like pee, the bathroom looked like it had poop all over the toilet, walls , and door. we had to clean the toilet before we could use it.
the remote to the tv kept messing up. we had to keep programming it to the tv.
It was a lot of work just trying to relax

It was clean and had a good shower. Pets allowed with no added fee.
There were three little flat, sad, atrocious pillows. A motel must provide comfortable bedding to be adequate. The towels were skimpy and rough. There was one wooden desk chair in the room, no other seating. There was no coffee maker. One of the wall -mounted lamps didn't work.

the fact that I had to be upstairs and as far as I had to walk to get to my room. very unsatisfying. I’m in a condition where going up stairs is too painful. app had no choice cause he said he had no rooms.

Not a lot of choices in this small town. I stay here on dive trips to Mermet Springs when traveling without my wife, so I'm looking to sleep cheap and not much more. It is cheap and available, but you get what you pay for. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Solid surface floors.
Non responsive to emails, wasn't exactly clean. Next to a brightly lit truck stop and there was huge light leakage into the room. No way to get it dark, which is a significant comfort issue for me.
