The heated swimming pool was great. The kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Hotel was close to all the things.

Front desk lady had us checked in quickly and seemed very friendly
got the key to our room and when we went inside it wasn't cleaned at all. Trash full, bed looked like someone was still in it so we hurried out to make our way back to front desk

friendly front desk clerk, beautiful hotel, large hotel room, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, large dining area for breakfast, good selection for breakfast buffet, good soundproofing- we didn’t hear nearby airplanes flying over or highway traffic from our hotel room
You really need a hotel sign at the Waxwing St entrance. It’s tricky to find you without a sign, especially since the hotel is hidden by two adjacent hotels.

The front desk girl was amazing, super friendly. I unfortunately forgot her name. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel and our room were clean.

The staff was friendly, helpful and happy. The lay out of the room was great. Although we did not spend much time in it, we slept well and had plenty of room. We are senior citizens and were especially pleased with having our room on the ground level. The breakfast was very satisfying and enjoyed the variety.
The only complaint would be the pool area. No direction regarding the location of the towels. The umbrella where we sat did not open. The pool area in general could use a bit more attention, especially since the weather was so hot!

Staff were friendly and helpful and the weekday socials were a great bonus.
Consideration should be given to the amount of single use plastic used. Hopefully this is due to covid and will change in the near future.
