Great location, beds were comfortable and staff was relatively nice.

There were problems with our reservation that the hotel blamed on Booking.com. The issue was that they gave our room to a relative and we had to book a second room to accommodate our group. The hotel manager was somewhat apologetic about it, but still blamed it on Booking.com after he realized it was actually their error. It was stressful and more expensive for us, although we did choose to keep the second room. The rooms were clean, but lights and USB charging stations were not working in many places in both of the rooms we ended up with. Breakfast was nice.

Not much. The staff was unfriendly and did not care about the kids running up and down the hallways at 1 am.

I loved the way the hotel smelled when we walked in. It was very clean and welcoming!

The Pool had way to much Chlorine in it. I wasn't even in the pool and my eyes were burning from just being in the pool room with my daughters. And after my daughters swam their eyes were burning and red!

I have stayed here A LOT. Probably 8 times a year for years. I can tell there has definitely been a very steady decline in this property ever since Covid.
