Short walk to downtown Granbury and the beach, quiet, and owner was very nice. Will definitely stay at this establishment on future trips. Did not have the breakfast because we ate downtown, but it smelled wonderful and overheard other guests talking about how it was well done

Charming historical home. Hosts warm and caring. They desire to make your stay exceptional. Excellent location within walking distance of historic downtown. Breakfast was good and they provide beverages and some snacks. Great place for porch sitting and relaxing.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, lovely hosts, lovely gardens, close to Granbury town square. Old home, large rooms, very well cared , nicely decorated. Outstanding breakfast ( three course) each day.

They we're very accommodating for every one that had to be somewhere early. The next day when we were able to eat breakfast it was exceptionally good.They were real friendly they made sure we had everything we needed.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower head.

Amazing. Such a treat to be in a home filled with Gods blessings apparent everywhere. I felt like I had known Betsy forever. She’s wonderful!!

The breakfast was outstanding and the host family is wonderful. The home and grounds very beautiful and you can walk to about everything.

The room was beautiful with antique furnishings but a little smaller than we hoped for. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and delicious. The presentation alone was excellent!
Although we had our own private bathroom, The bathroom was across the hall from the room.

Such an excellent place to stay! It was only a few blocks away from the town square and many restaurants were also within walking distance. It was well stocked with snacks, drinks, and a very clean room and bath. The three course breakfast was delicious!

The Granbury Garden was within walking distance to the Granbury square. The hosts were delightful and the breakfast was exceptional. There were so many other positives I can’t name them all. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Betsey and her staff was very polite and accommodating and very happy people, we loved the location, very quiet and was able to walk to the plaza, the breakfast was great, very healthy, we were offered snacks and soda and water as well dvd movies to watch in our room at no extra cost. The garden was nice as well as the backyard they also cold refreshments out there.
Property was great it was the trolley that we were disappointed in, we were outside of the property waiting on the trolley to take us on our tour we were out there 10;40 was told that would be there at 10:45, we waited till 10:35 had gone inside to they show up 11:45 I wave and said we will be out not even 5min she was gone so we decided to tour on our own,this was the only negative thing that we experience there.

The place was SO convenient, parking not an issue, they were the genuinely nicest couple that welcomed us into their business/home! The breakfast was OVER the top period. I can not say anything that explains how this helped me and my husband on a brief kid-free break!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sure;)
I wish there was a hot tub but then again it's Texas and 110 degrees! They had a beautiful garden with a screened in gazebo. Me and my husband made immediate friends with the two other couples and had a GREAT time. We really needed this reset!

Loved this B&B. The host welcomed us and the drinks and snacks were such a nice touch! The breakfast was incredible and the place is close to the square. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was very good. The meal was prepared well and served very professionally. All the wait staff was friendly and very helpful. The meal was more than satisfying and very tasty.

The owner was so easy to work with. She was kind, accommodating and extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay again in the future.

I wanted my parents to experience a different stay then at hotels and I was not let down. We all loved the place and enjoyed the experience. Atmosphere and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and made the stay very nice. Surprised the breakfast was three courses.

the location was close to the square, and I liked the little room where the games were to relax and read the books offered by hostess. I also appreciated the game Scrabble, had fun
I am sorry, but did not care for the pillows .....don't like foam pillows
