Todo muy bonito, limpio y la actitud de los empleados fueron muy amables. En realidad todo está perfecto.

I chose a place that suited my needs for a business trip and it fulfilled everything I asked of it. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Had everything one could ask for inside.

Not much, it was clean. Again for the dirtiness around it the hotel grounds were clean. That is about all I can say on the positive side of our stay.
Parking lot had bums checking car doors both nights we were there. The manager social snack were lame with no attendants present to help guests and no beer.

Staff was very friendly, and the location is nice being close to the convention center.
The hotel is a little bit older, and the area immediately around it doesn't feel safe for about a block or two. I am surprised that there are strip clubs so close to the Denver Convention Center. Some homeless / guys out in front of the hotel that hassled me for money. Also, I would suggest that the hotel was overpriced- price gouging given that there were few rooms in the area.

I really liked the large window.
I asked for a bathtub room and had a shower. Had a surprise parking fee so we had to spend extra time to find parking. Then missed the hot tub time because of this. The hit tub was the only reason we booked here.

The room was well-maintained, but a little tired.
The entrance was disappointing, it looks like a service entrance straight off the car park and the hotel itself appears to be next to a drug rehabilitation center of some sort. I didn't feel comfortable as a single female in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and would not recommend it on that basis.

Location
The receptionist was not friendly at all.
We arrived with 2 kids 10pm and there was not enough towels for everyone (we made reservation for 4 people). No sheets for sofa bed (in fact it was broken) we had to change for another room after find out it was broken.
Mattress was dirty. Very small room.

Amazing continental breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. It was such a relief to get a pack n play for our baby and not have to travel with one. The room was perfect for our stay with 5 of us plus all of our luggage, stroller, car seats, etc. The pool wasn’t anything super special, but it was warm, entertained the kids, and the hot tub felt great. The kitchen in the room (particularly the full size fridge) was perfect to use when we werent able to leave to go get food. It was clean and the beds and bedding was super comfortable!

The heater fan in my room was too loud and it kicked on frequently.

the rooms were very nice, loved the full kitchen and bath soaps and lotion. bed and beddings were decent, staff was nice.
room was good size and had good features.
the curtains in the room didnt black out the room which makes it hard for me to sleep. the wifi didnt work on my laptop.

We like just about everything, front desk was awesome, kitchen staff and breakfast really good overall are stay was wonderful.
I gess what we didn't like the fact there is no cleaning services on weekends.
