Good location in seacrest. 50 stairs to beach.
Many dirty dishes, no disposal. Other than granite countertops in kitchen, this is a unit that looks and feels 30 yrs old. Furniture ok but. . . This is a place to stay on a budget.

Location is great and it was spotlessly clean! Spectacular gulf sunsets which you can’t really get in Destin from the beach. Furniture was comfortable and not outdated.
Lack of view from bottom floor; TV in living room was small and satellite/cable twitched a lot. TV in master is at a weird angle on a wall shelf. Also, if traveling with elderly or disabled, they will not be able to access the beach because this is on a high dune.
