I loved everything from the view to the shower in the bathroom lol eveything was wonderful my kids and I had a Great Time!

The location was phenomenal! Loved the view from the balcony. The pictures of this listing are accurate and we were super pleased from the moment we opened the door. The security of the facility was good and access to the beach was quite convenient. Safety of covid was posted visibly and seemed to be adhered to by guests. Facility was very well up kept: pool, lawn, building inside and outside. Will certainly look forward to our next stay here!

I believe having access to the fob keys being on the facility would be more convenient, especially for elderly people staying. Having to go to another location is slightly inconvenient. Directions and explanations in emails could be a little more explanatory when it comes to what the fob keys are for, where parking passes will be, etc. As for the facility itself, the sofa bed could have an updated mattress. Was uncomfortable for our guest sleeping on it. Check in and check out times seem unrealistic for this type of lavish facility in my opinion. Doesn't really give the full extent of stay for those that can only stay a short amount of time. Understand cleaning needs adequate time.
