location was excellent as was the ease of checking in. communication with the owner was fantastic.
bathroom and bedrooms were tight and the bedding could be upgraded

Authenticity of a heritage “beach house”.
Availability of beach chairs/toys to borrow.
While clean and operational a number of repairs were clearly needed, several were potential safety hazards (warped and bulging ceiling boards on the porch’s east side). The added cost for linens was a $100 shock. We paid about 30% more then the add indicated.
