If the natural light is crucial for you, this apartment is not your choice. Also pay attention that before receiving the door lock code you will have to venmo $300 deposit. Before that host won't even talk to you.

Location was convenient and easy to find. We appreciated the free parking off street and cleanliness of the home.

The AC unit was incredibly loud and the living room furniture was not comfy.

$300 Security deposit had to be paid via PayPal or other cash apps direct to an individual rather than a registered business, no option to do via credit card. Just didn’t feel overly secure with those payment requirements.

location was fantastic and our host, Andre, was very communicative and accommodating. Despite it not having the most comfortable furnishings, I would stay here again because Andre was so great.

Bed was really comfortable and pillows super flat.

Perfect location, friendly and communicative host and quite a spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities that one needs to stay for a while.

We were required to leave a deposit of $300 and we were only informed about this 24h before our arrival. Andre was very friendly and communicative, and we received the deposit back, but it was a very unpleasant surprise while traveling. We were not used to this, and think it should have been listed somewhere before our booking was completed.

HVAC system can be a little bit noisy in the bedroom during warm night. We used it only in the daytime.

Overall, The location is a great location in Midtown Atlanta! Walking distance to everything you need. Bars, Piedmont Park and local stores.

Excellent airbnb! Super clean, well stocked with greatly appreciated extras (thoughtful for travelers needs), nicely decorated. Parking was easy and onsite. Great location with easy walk to park and convenient to downtown attractions. Will stay again if back in Atlanta. Very responsive manager. 11/10 rating!

read all the ‘important info’ located at the bottom of the page. you are required to pay a $300 security deposit. They don’t want to accept a secure method of payment or make you pay the fees (ie PayPal). it was very unprofessional and made our family feel very uncomfortable. They will also not give a refund, we contacted Booking customer service and they requested on our behalf. they still refused us.

Great stay! great host, very communicative. Best bang for your buck in the city of Atlanta, you definitely have to book here!
