Friendly attendant and easy location

staff was polite and parking was easy since the hotel wasnt full.
The hallways were dirty and hot. Room needed a few fixes.

It was very clean and quiet.

Not much.
The dining area was always dirty. The tables were always dirty. The elevator was dirty. The floors on the firt floor were wet, most of the time. I had also told a young man at the front desk about the water in our shower being hot all the time and never did anything about it. I will never return to this hotel.

I had roaches in my room and bathroom crawling in shower l. requested to be on the highest floor possible and was given a disability room

Excellent value. Room was super clean (most important). Everything I needed for an overnight stay- microwave, refrigerator, comfortable bed. Easy access off the highway.
This is a very small thing: the receptionists could smile and make eye contact to make you feel more welcome.

I like how clean it was and the staff was super nice.
We called front desk to let them know about the plugs not working and they said they would check on it. They never did and that is the reason why I rated it a 9/10.
