Clean, friendly, accommodating staff.
Mini complaint- I was hoping I could find a mini tube of toothpaste for sale on site. I didn’t find any. They may have been out. Toothpaste and hairspray are two items you can’t take on plane. A small tube of toothpaste and bottle of hairspray to purchase would be great.

Location. Makes it nice for our staycations. Love the parking. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and always available. Love the free coffee station and breakfast!
Walls are a bit thin to the hallway, but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

The Room size was great and the repair guy went out of his way to help fix a TV issue.

Staff is always amazing. Rooms very clean.
We usually stay in Redmond. The room in woodinville was nice but was showing it’s Age a little. Cracks in the walls, bad caulking, creaking tub. Nothing was terrible but lots of little things. Could hear the person in the next room snoring.

The location is good for our needs, but the breakfast was “ok” and the “disabled” room was not for people with special physical needs. The shower was very hard to figure out and bars on the wall do not necessarily mean safety. We waited until 2:30 for our room when we had been assured that we could get in around noon.

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. The breakfast was very good!

Very noisy … by a freeway.. we were awakened 2 nights out of three I’m the middle of the night by people talking loudly outside our room an the TV turned on loudly and talking at 3 in the morning.. the breakfast was good
We didn’ like the noises location and other guests and that we couldn’tl have the bill split … we also weren’tl able to keep internet over our stay.

not able to take advantage of the breakfast as we slept in. we will be coming back at some point because of the hotel's proximity to the Woodinville beer and wine scene.

Friendly staff when we checked in. Plenty of parking. Free water and cookies. Wine tasting...all nice bonuses. Very nice breakfast.
Our toilet didn't work in our first room, but the gal at the front desk came right up and gave us cards for a new room. Both rooms overlooked septic trucks being emptied into a large tank. Would have preferred a nicer view in a less industrial area.
When we checked out, I tried telling the gal that there was a blood smear on the bathroom door and coffee stains on the heater, thinking she would tell the cleaning people, but she didn't seem to care.

Staff were good too clean
I booked through booking. Com, they took credit cards for both rooms to ‘hold’ they said and would be refunded. Then they charged back booking price and charged credit cards way more!! I called three times and still not resolved

Close to business place I need to go.
Book king bed, check-in they said don't have it give me queen bed, put tag out side to relax they keep knock on door. I book this hotel be cause it said there EV charging but come ask they said it out of order for month, not fix it bs. And don't get a reduce price for stay different room. Also my body few room away got ant in his room.

The breakfast was good and very convenient. The staff was helpful. The location was great for a stay in Woodinville.
Some things nearby were closed on the nights we were there (Sunday, Monday). Next time we will plan to be there closer to the weekend.

HVAC noise--modest but noticeable. The pool was out-of-service. Location is convenient to highway, but nothing else.
