It was so convenient to places to eat and to downtown. Also it was a safe area.

Check in was very bad. Also trying to get an extra day for 2 rooms very bad.

They charged me twice for one stay and no one is willing to help or fix the issues I have called to speak with the operator, manager,sales, reservations any one associated with Marriot and no one has reached out or seem like they care

Good pool, workout room, laundry services(except some broken machines)
Room cleanliness was a major problem; had to switch rooms & endure inconvenience of it due to unclean room at beginning of stay. No continuity or cross-talk b/w staff so expectations communicated to one staff were left undone by staff responsible. Very dated & dirty carpet; requires update. The importance of housekeeping, both in room & in hotel, is understated & should be emphasized by the Tharaldson group owning this enterprise.
Breakfast was mediocre at best (but better than nothing ofcourse); makes no difference if weekend or weekday; some meats overcooked, some undercooked; liquid scrambled eggs?.

The breakfast was amazing and very good. The fitness center and pool had a lot of equipment and were clean
The only bad thing was the first level bathroom. I went to the restroom around 10 pm and saw that the toilet paper was on the ground and it was a mess. The next day I went and the mess was not taken care of. During our stay we experience a outage in power. We were not checked up on. My sister is a special needs and was panicking during that time. We had to leave our room and go downstairs in the dark to ask what was going on.

The room was ok but not what I asked for.
The location is close to were I was heading.
I liked that the room has the small kitchenette even though I didn't use it due to short time.
I called a week earlier and changed the reservation to 2 queen bed room instead of 1 king bed. I talked with Reshima and she confirmed it.
I arrived to the hotel at 11 pm and was given a disability room with a king bed,the front dest lady said that there are no room left in the hotel to offer me, she said even though I have the reservation it's first come first serve. Which doesn't make any sense.
2nd. I added a note to my reservation on booking that I need extra bedding in the room foe the soda bed. There wasn't any and it took the lady over 30 min to bring it up to the room after calling her twice and hanging up the phone on me!!!
She came up and said they ran out of pillows!! Like how am I supposed to sleep without a pillow?!

The location was good, i've been there a few times but I take my niece and nephew to a hotel every year or so, we haven't been back because of the virus that ruined EVERYTHING for us everyone else. .. but love the pool because I am a fish hahalarious love to be under water the hot tub is good, but an fyi the pool room is so in closed with no windows open to enjoy the breeze from outside when you do get them, and it's to hot in there ..um maybe some type of speakers for music to listen too. The weight room is lagit might need windows in there as well and music a ice machine with water together, and nobody under 18 without an adult. At all times. Or check is
. Breakfast was alright just somewhat of a little bit of a variety. 2 years or so ago yous had waffles pancakes biscuits and gravy.. etc...
