I rode the bus into Boston South Station and liked walking to this hotel by way of Chinatown. "Wicked Queen" room was cute and fine but only because I was traveling solo, and for a single night. Would have been too small even for me and my husband to share comfortably!

Room was very small for the price. And the front desk staff at check-in all seemed SO OVER IT. Bored, unfriendly, just trying to get through the day. I understood; the hotel was packed and the front desk staff probably had to deal with a lot of annoying people. But it was really obvious.

Location is fabulous.

The renovation to the Hilton modernized the place but it lost its historic aspect a bit. Walls were thin too.

Great location for the Park, and what you expect from a fancy city hotel.

King room was v small compared to others we had on this trip (including in a different Boston City centre hotel).

Starbucks in same building which made it possible to have a breakfast at a normal price. Friendliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff.

AC running when outside temperature was 45. no possibility of shutting it off. No exhaust or heat in bathroom. Fridge did not work.

スタッフがビジネスに徹しており、ホテルのホスピタリティとしては人間味、温かみに欠ける。特に部屋の電話対応は最悪で、表示と接続先が違っているため、偶然にフロントにかかってもより良い案内は全くもらえない。 コインランドリーがホテル内にはないため、ホテルのランドリーサービスを利用したくない人にとっては不便である。 部屋はおおむね清潔だが部屋の端の埃はあまり掃除されておらず、滞在した部屋では部屋のセキュリティボックスが前の客の設定のまま開かなかったり、前の客のルームサービスが1日以上廊下に置いてあったり、チェックアウト後の部屋管理がずさんな印象がある。

Room was a closet. Yes, the hotel is clean and looks upscale but we could barely move inside our room. Bathroom was small but acceptable and soaps were of good quality. Valet parking was disorganized but we got through it. Food for breakfast was inedible and the little we did eat made us both sick. We had Eggs Benedict and Salmon Eggs Benedict. Staff was very friendly and clear. Price was very elevated for value of amenities and room.

Size of room was embarrassing. It was literally smaller than the supply closet that was next to us. Food was inedible and took a very long time to get to us - only for it to be mildly cold, overcooked and made us both sick (and we had a two hour ride home... not great).

Everyone was friendly. The check in person was engaging, friendly and helpful. The room was a great size. Bed was so comfortable. We love the location! :)

People smoking right out front of the lobby entrance- minor but that's all I can think of.

I mean what is not to like? Even if you're just travelling or in Boston for a conference this is the hotel for you. From the lobby you get this luxurious feeling and with that price? Count me in any day. Great room, great bathroom, clean in every way, breakfast included with a big buffet and great staff to help you with everything you need either in the hotel or around the city.

The location, although is located near 2 beautiful parks it's a bit far from the center to walk there. It's not that far not too close either but you can see it on the map.

For me, it was in a great location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful lobby with inviting areas.

Ou room was super small for a family of 3 and did not match with the outside of the hotel. The room was rundown, need a fix up/update. You could see cracks on the wall, the curtains dusty, the air conditioner did not worked well and the telephone did not work at all. In general, it worked for sleeping after a long day.

The staff was generally helpful and attentive. The building was really charming. The age showed through, but it was worth it. comfy room. The suite was perfect for our family of four with a full door and a rollaway.

Valet parking was very expensive, and extremely slow. twice we called ahead and then had to wait while they found our keys and got started. That said, tow of the valets were very helpful at other times.

The location of the hotel

We got there at 11pm and online it says they have valet parking. That’s not the case! You have to park in a garage and pay between $40-$65 per day. The room was extremely tiny for the price. The bathroom had a half vanity sink and a bathroom stall style toilet. It was dusty and there was a huge gap between the entrance door to the floor. You could hear everything from the hall and we had a great view of the roof looking into other rooms. The blinds were not black out so you could see everything.

Top Lage freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücks ist sehr vielseitig und lecker.

Das Preisniveau ist in US-Städten sehr hoch. Man staunt über den Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet.

Very outdated. Was shocked on how small the room was. Sink was old and did not work properly was a struggle to get the water to turn off. Bathroom was very small. Just a little surprised with all the hype around this hotel for it to be so outdated and small.

They charged us more than the value we booked because of the room authorisation process. When we complained, they said everything is fine. The didn’t charge more. They don’t know why this happened, just wait for 30 days if there is a refund. But no refund have been made. The room was weird. The bed was literally next to the room door. When you open the door, you find yourself in the bed on your next step. There was no drinking water in the fridge.
