Location was on the way to where we were heading and had internet connection
Heater took 5 hours to reach 78 degrees in 45 degree weather, water would only be warm if you ran the bathtub, weird brown reddish stains in bathtub, even when blinds are closed you can see into the room, and very uncomfortable sleeping arrangement

The location was perfect. The size of the room was ideal for us.
We were not able to watch the tv in our room because the remote was not working. The room next to ours had a family with children, and they woke us up at 5am due to excessive noise and screaming.

The location is great with its proximity to the coast and the Hoh Rain Forest. The room was quite comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated. The management was helpful in pointing out a place to eat breakfast.

Reasonably comfortable and easy to get to.
A group of really noisy people were partying outside for most of the night yelling until 3am or so without any intervention from the hotel management.

The room had all the minimal amenities I would want. Glad to find a hairdryer and a bathtub. However, there was no heat in the bathroom! The room heat did work well otherwise. TV was good, but it took a bit to figure out the system. Bed was very comfortable. The frig and microwave were fine. The room must have been updated since I last stayed there. It was very nice, and the wall art was a bonus. Not a boring room.

The room was very clean. Including the rug on the floor which most hotels neglect. Apart from the room being great, the customer service I experienced was top notch. I had an issue with my reservation and they were super accommodating and understanding. Will recommend and go again.

If you want to stay in Forks, this is centrally located in the town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, bowling, etc and was good value. Room was good size and wifi worked well. There was a microwave in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. Little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a bar of soap were provided. Would be more sustainable to have large refillable bottles to prevent wastage.
There was an air conditioning/heating unit in the room (which would be good in summer) which kept kicking during the night and was quite loud. Perhaps just the pump and not the facility's fault. The check in and check out at reception was find but not particularly smiley or welcoming. Got the job done though.
Would be good if there were two bins, one for rubbish and one for recycling.

Location was right in town. Easy walking distance to explore around. Ground floor room suited our travel needs very well. The hotel is right off the highway so easy to find.
The only thing that could have been better was the weather. Room was great. Large main room and bathroom and sink area had room to move. Cannot really say anything negative. I would recommend the hotel.

Loved the cute little rooms & extra large oval tub it was like a little home away from home
No matter what I did I couldn't for the life of me get the jets for the tub to work & I went by the sign on the wall but unfortunately when I wanted to soak we had already been back too our room by evening time when the office was closed. Other than that I loved the stay.

Hotel was right in the middle of town! Rooms were nice size and fit our family of four perfectly. Office staff was nice and helpful with our booking!
When we were cleaning to leave, we found past guests shoes and socks under one of the beds. Turned them into the front desk.

front desk ladies supper nice and welcoming motel was clean and it was in a great location only because we came to visit the hoh rainforest and it was a 45 min drive from the motel so many different places to eat around it was a great experience
