Overall the facilities could've been better however the staff was on point. I appreciate Maria and the others for being attentive. I addressed my concerns to them, so for future stays, it won't be an issue. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

The furniture in my unit needed to be updated. The overall unit was nice sparsely furnished, although it was functional.

cleaning products were missing. they announced the property as a Hotel but when you arrive there you see that they have an apartment for rent. nobody to clean or even clean products. I stayed there for 6 nights with a baby and I have to ask for a vacuum cleaner, which they provided. But I had to spend some time cleaning. I wasn’t expecting that I have to do this since I went there for vacations. The Staff Alex was really nice btw.

The room is huge and clean. The park Service costs 20 dollars per day. It's cheaper than others.

Great, quite and safe location, close to the beach. Clean, light, airy and comfortable apartment with a convenient small roof pool. Maria, our representative of the apartment was always helpful and welcoming, she made sure we have a great relaxing time.

Clean and spacious apartment- great fridge!! Lovely little pool with great views. most of the stay we had the pool to ourselves which was fabulous. Guest services answered all my question on what’s app as soon as I asked them. Exclusive and quiet location, felt very safe. A great stay- thanks so much.

the location was excellent. the rooftop pool was an added bonus.

We reported broken door lock immideately but nothing happend during over 4-days stay. On check-out we were promissed a discount if we rated 10.

The apartment is big and modern comfortable

There was a problem with the water. No water in the kitchen. Very low pressure in the bathrooms. Only compensation offered was a late checkout which we didn't need

The host was really welcoming and it was very easy to check-in. The place is very well located at walking distance from the beach and was meeting our expectation.

Equipment to cook in the kitchen was very limited. It will make the place fantastic if it could be upgraded
