Very up to date, lovely decor and comfy bed and pillows.

Noisy in the hallways. We had to turn on a sound machine on our phone to drown it out to sleep. We had to leave at 6 am for the airport.

From checkin to checkout, the staff at the front desk (Karen) was warm and friendly. The hotel was unbelievably clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Great job to this wonderful team of dedicated hospitality folks!

Honestly? Nothing. It was a flawless stay.

Near airport, which is what we needed after traveling back from Grand Canyon. Quiet and comfortable night before flight.

Nothing really around it. Had to drive 15 minutes for dinner. Kind of in an industrialized area. Pricey at 200.00 a night after all the taxes/fees.

Seamless check in-check out. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The male staff member at reception with the long braids especially was so welcoming with such a lovely smile! Amazing buffet breakfast! A huge hit with our two young daughters who are quite particular with their food. Beds are extremely comfortable that even my 1 1/2 year old slept better than in our bed at home! Shuttle bus pick up and drop off is an easy process and very convenient. Be sure to book in advance.

There was some hair in the bath and bathroom floor that did not belong to us. It was not excessive and not a huge issue and I did not report it to anyone so I cannot comment on how it was dealt with by staff but it is not a nice sight to see someone else’s body hair in what’s meant to be a freshly cleaned room.

Front desk worked with us on check-in. We arrived late or very early in the morning and they greeted us with a smile.
