I did not stay, I canceled my stay after looking at two room options

The curtains were dirty, the carpet was dirty and the chair in the rooms were dirty the manager at the front desk had poor customer service...she was courteous but seemed lazy

Property was not well maintained. Room smelled like mildew. Black mold in shower. No lighting I room and small tv. Breakfast was very minimal and area dirty. Juice machine was broken all three days.

The location was great for us. The beds were super comfortable.

The bathrooms needs a little lift me up. There were a few corners on the bathtub that looked rusty and dirty.

Miranda was great! She appeared to be the only one on staff, and that was a little bothersome. Not because she was not capable, she was, I was concerned for her safety.

The breakfast was skimpy. There was no juice. The machine was broken but you should have had pitchers or little cartons available. The towels in the room for 3 people, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. I had to ask for bath towels and turn in the hand towels and swap out the wash clothes. We went home and brought our own.

Not much to like.

Dirty and very outdated. Please I repeat please check you credit card/bank statements, they charge double and triple incidental fees and don’t return them. Please beware. Room and and hotel are outdated and very worn and dirty. Breakfast is horrible, the didn’t have any fruit juices in the juice dispenser and only had cereal and waffles. Don’t waste your money.

Front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

Breakfast was disappointing - no fruit - expected a bigger selection to choose from.
