Cleanliness
The person that greeted me at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The bathtub drains very slowly.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a great location for the event we were going to.
It was a little more expensive than some of the other hotels nearby.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor with friendly, helpful, courteous front desk staff the lady that was running the bar / restaurant was exceptional as well. Very good value for a one night stay to see Cirque de Soleil the venue for Cirque du Soleil was very close only about six minutes away.
The quality of the food and drinks are not what we’re used to normally being served. I would go elsewhere for that.

Clean beautiful room and facility.
Reserved a King bed stayed in a queen due to maintenance issues. Also i did not have a charger which i left at home. The cords i had didn't match your older charger outlets in the room. No options available for loaning a cord by the front desk or advice for purchase. Ran to a local convenient store to buy one since it was didn't available for purchase. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Facility itself is new and lovely. However, the temperature in the room could not be adjusted. It was set in 70 but the temperature was 73.

Clean. Easily accessible parking.
Expensive, for what’s offered. Would have like an outdoor pool. Transportation (shuttle) to the parks, attractions. Restaurant is very basic. (The eggs were good though).

I stayed there for two nights, but the room cleaning service is not good .. as the bed and room were not arranged .. only the towels were changed in the bathroom

Location is great in the Hershey Park area and many good restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and professional. Hotel is clean with good/ modern facilities.

It was amazingly close to Hershey Park and easy to get to and from. The majority of the staff were very nice and very friendly.
We had a major ant problem in our room. They were all in the bathroom and into our bags. The pool was a tad small for the amount of people staying.

The room was nice and the hotel has a small indoor pool. Everything was clean.
The hotel was really over priced. Breakfast was way too expensive for what it was. At the very least the hotel should offer complimentary drip coffee.

This property was amazing and it was our first time here. The staff were so polite and willing to help with anything. I should’ve asked for the 2 front desk ladies names. They were both super sweet and made us feel welcomed! Even the housekeepers greeted us in the morning and gave us whatever toiletries we needed without a problem. We will indeed be coming back to this location soon!
Everything was amazing. Although I did wish pool hours could be 24 hrs at least for adults but other than that everything was great.

The staff was nice
Just about everything. The room was not what I expected for the price. The bed was not very comfortable, the fact you pay all that money and they don't even offer a free breakfast is a joke. They wanted $18 for a buffet breakfast which is ridiculous.
