The price was good for LaCrosse. The facility was clean. The staff was personable. I like that they open their breakfast up early as we needed to get to an event downtown..
Of course, we would like the property to be closer to downtown, but then the price of the hotel for each room would probably go up. It was right on a busy street so the noise came up to our room. Especially the motorcycles racing at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great
The mattress was to hard. The elevator to the 1st floor was not working and had to select another floor and use the stairs to get to the 1st floor. It appears the elevator issue with the first floor button has been a problem for awhile because there was some instructions taped on the button panel on what to do to get the button to work. For us it never worked.

The rooms were clean and big. The hallways were very wide. There was a lot of extra space in the rooms which would be nice for setting up an extra bed or crib.
Very unimpressive breakfast. Very limited options, poor quality coffee. Pool was clean but tiny and cold.
