great location central to Mt Village. good facilities (made simple breakfasts every day). checkin/out information came as advertised (24 hours ahead) and all was clear.

it gets stuffy when hot outside and it was tricky cooling it off at night; a fan would be useful.

Could use a fan for summer time rental. Even with the windows open unit was still pretty warm. Heat was off.

Not much, especially, as I was expecting a budget friendly and advertised price, then, completing the payment was hit with many and expensive “fees” and given my schedule couldn’t find other inexpensive options. Felt like a bait and switch scam!

Location was adjacent and above restaurant/bar noisy till late. Bed was stuffed into a cubby hole adjacent to some type of ventilation shaft which made noises, deck seats were weathered and torn, shower activation switch loose, paper towel dispenser broken, had to pay $35 extra per night to park.

Nice interior and location to the resort area for easy walking.

No air conditioning which is normally fine. Hot in Telluride when we stayed so windows open to keep the place cool. Downside is that the only bar that is open late (until 2am) in the resort is right outside the apartment. From 10pm-2am you will have very loud music playing and all the loud people and smokers standing outside the window right by the alley until 2am. Windows closed don’t help. Ear plugs barely helped with the random yelling. If you are out with the 2am crowd, likely not an issue. There are only 2 coffee mugs and one butter knife in the kitchen. And the patio chairs are falling completely apart.

There is a restaurant below the condo. some vibrating equipment makes the whole condo vibrating 4-10 PM every day. The heating was not controllable by the thermostat. The kitchenette is very basic and the coffee maker was dirty
