Location is perfect.

Location was great.

I stayed at this property with my family Jun 14-18, upon arrival I had noticed an unsafe situation in the backyard of the property and contacted Vacasa right away by calling them and following up with an email enclosing a photo of the unsafe situation. A gutter pipe had come off half of the roof of the house and was hanging, singing in the wind, above the backyard. I didn't get them to address or resolve the issue beyond the "thank you for contacting us" email. We were never able to use the yard. The house was also not very well cleaned with flies on windowsills and a full garbage bin.

The house is beautifully furnished in colorful beachy style. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very close to beach path and walking distance to town. Suited our needs perfectly.

We left some items in the house because we were very rushed getting out - the cleaning person was parked outside 20 minutes before we were due to leave and came in and started shooing us out. It was difficult to reach someone at Vacasa to help us retrieve the items - days went by without knowing if they found them. In he end we did get them back - after paying a $25 fee.
