Location fantastic, front deck was our favourite place. One bedroom window over looks the beach, so good.

TV was hard to work and there were no instructions as to how to use it properly - the instruction in the welcome book were generic and didn't suit the entertainment set up there. The electric kettle didn't work. The lights were with pull strings and hard for short people to reach

Deck was not attached to the house. Sagging on the left side. We were afraid to go out on the deck.

Beds need to be updated. Mattress in the room with the view was lopsided and uncomfortable, had to put a pillow under the mattress to even it out. Rooms need painting, baseboards and carpet fixed/replaced. Number of beds wasn’t as described. Only 2 queen beds and a futon/couch. Glad my whole party didn’t come. Home also smelled like pot when we arrived. Had to air out and diffuse to make it tolerable for the family.

The place is very comfortable and quiet and the views can’t be beat! I will say the place is old and looks like a work in progress but my cousin and I will definitely be back next year!

When we did want to watch TV the remote was almost impossible to operate sometimes the TV would come on other times you’d get a no connection message. But that’s the only negative and it’s a small one.
