Overall the stay was pleasant. Rosa the Cleaning lady is THE BEST I ACTUALLY MISS HER!

Rosa the cleaning lady.

That when staying for long periods of time they won’t apply a standard rate. Between certain hours the rates fluctuate. Up and down and that’s unfair.

Loved the location

The water took about 10 to 15 minutes to warm up. The TV did not have enough English channels. Some English channels mixed with Spanish so it was difficult to enjoy TV time.

This was not worth the money. Owner said there were no more rooms and all sold out. Not true.

Outside. The fresh air.

Inside. The dirty walls. The dirty shower. The dirty light switch. The missing lamp. The dirty and malfunctioning cooling unit.

the was very profession in Followup to ensure I was still coming to stay due to my delay

front desk clerk followed on status due to delayed arrival in LAX

the chair was not stable glue & a clamp could of secured the wobble & looseness

The owner is really nice,good area.big spare room with 2 beds and walk in closet ,good price Big parking lot. .

Not having a Private microwave , it was raining , I didn't want outside and warm my food in the rain.
