We liked the view and the privacy. The cabin was very clean and well kept up.

We didn't like the rust smell in the water. And there was very little options on the tv.

The bath tub leaked into the bedroom bathroom.

No breakfast. Excellent location.

Dirty floors under the beds and spider webs in corners. We did not receive reimbursement for our safety charge and incidentals.

Beautiful cabin and view

Nothing! It had a view off the mountain but the place was very uncomfortable and outdated.

Everything was unsatisfactory! Apparently the manager of Affordable Cabins in Gatlinburg, TN was taking a vacation the same time my wife and I were taking this trip for our anniversary. I tried everything in my power to salvage our trip to TN by calling and was only able to leave a message. When the lady working there finally called me back it was late that evening and we had already left TN. This trip was a total nightmare. Booking.com asked me to provide pictures of why we didn’t like the place like I’m going to take pictures of a place that looks like a dump. I will never use booking.com again and I will never stay with Affordable cabins in TN ever again. This experience was a nightmare and practically ruined our anniversary trip.
