The breakfast was great! Best omelet.
It’s really over priced for a basic hotel room.

Proximity to UCSB
Floors are not well insulated. The people above us are stomping around all night. The vents in the bathroom also allowed noise to travel between rooms and someone above or below us had their TV blasting all night.

Happy hour wasn’t discounted and room could have been a little cleaner.

We booked this room for me and my wife and included breakfast. But when we arrived and checked in, they told us one room only offers one person breakfast. Also, when we had breakfast, there was a staff with glasses with bad service, she asked other tables how’s the breakfast with smiling, and she ignored us and changed our table to another staff. Kind like we owe her 5 billion dollars. The breakfast coolers were really nice

the property is comfortable and modern without being pretentious. It is also well-located for visits to UCSB. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with outstanding beds…..the rooftop bar with live music is a can’t miss.

The room was very pricey; as this is not a resort like hotel. Shower grout had an old substance on tile, shower floor is dirty as it is not properly scrubbed. The silicone and shower around the shower needs to be replaced; rusty.
