The location
You can feel the air not fresh and dirty. Have snacks and bottle below the couch when we check in and still there for the next day. They don’t provide amenities, like toothbrush, slippers, etc.
The bathroom clogging. I don’t think they check/clean it often.

Great service. We let them know when we checked in that we would be leaving at 2am. The valet already had our car pulled up that morning because they knew we would be needing it.

The hotel, the gym and the general accommodations were fine. The location was fine. I was not able to partake in the restaurants, etc.
We had some trouble with the booking and mistakes made on both ends, and it took a lot of calls and emails. So, that marred my stay. I believe it was resolved but I will not know until my credit card is refunded.

convenient location for my work.
There was a wind whistling noise all night long through the vent system in the room (1033). Had to wait too long for check in.

convenient location! amazing staff! my original room had a small issue. I requested housekeeping to come handle the problem. The desk was more upset than I was, and moved me to a nicer room for the inconvenience without hesitation! great service

Immediate Proximity to the Bellevue Mall. Bed was VERY comfortable. There are several restaurants near the hotel, of which are very good. As usual, in room dining was expensive, but again it usually is. This hotel wants you to notify them if your room neighbors are noisy, as they make you sign a document, reminding you that your noise affects others and is not permitted. This is a good thing and everyone was quiet and peaceful.
A Ferrari was parked nearest the Hotel entrance. I'm pretty sure I drooled all over my shirt... ;-)
In my opinion, paying for Wi-Fi in a hotel that you are already paying pretty high rates for, is utterly insulting! Wi-Fi MUST be included with the room! I complained to management, and they acquiesced, giving us an non-payment option.
The pillows were pretty stiff. Wife likes stiff pillows, I prefer less rigid ones, as I'm a side sleeper.
I had contacted the hotel prior to us arriving and got agreement for a bottle of champagne to be waiting for us. No champagne was ever delivered.

Everything. The staff were amazingly accommodating and exceptionally nice and inviting. The rooms were comfortable and cozy and the location of the hotel in proximity to shopping and dining was amazing. Highly recommend

There was a sex toy left on the ground by the previous traveler. It made me wonder how clean the room actually was. I’m upset that I touched it! When I told the front desk about it and showed them the picture and video of it they just said “sorry about that.”

W Bellevue didn’t honor my reservation with booking.com. They stated that the price paid through booking was “not an approved prepay price” for my reservation and tried to charge $200 more but because I booked the room for a friend who was from out of town, they were unable to pay and when I spoke with them to try and fix it over the phone, they stated I needed to resolve it with booking.com because they “couldn’t touch those reservations.” my friend ended up staying with other people she knew in town so I was charged over $400 for a room no one slept in.

I liked the location of the hotel. It’s located right in the middle of downtown and is conjoined with various restaurants, shops, and bars.
I didn’t like that the hotel charged for Wi-Fi use.

Poor cleanliness and poor communication. The room were dirty, soon when we enter to our assigned room I saw deodorant under the chair and the bed sheets had stains on them. I also purchased the breakfast included rate and still got charged for breakfast. Good thing I double-check my receipt. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would never go there again.

The staff was amazing! So helpful. Went out of their way! Really kind.
Gym space was very modern and clean. Complimentary headphones was great as I forgot mine.
The pillows were too soft, would be nice to offer a pillow menu or variety of firmness'
Only two towels in bathroom .
