The pool was closed and we were told we had to go across the street to the Hilton to get in the pool. This was a no no and an inconvenience to us

Tried 3 rooms to find operational TV - 3/4 Floor ice makers inoperable/ lamp bulbs burned out- Kleenex tissue dispenser empty - Cock Roaches in bathroom!

we booked and secured our stay with a credit card yet the night we arrived they said they gave away our room and moved us to the hotel across the street. Never in my life have I experienced this! No notice or anything. Wasn’t given a reason why a secured booking was changed to a cheaper hotel I didn’t approve! On top of that the hotel clerk was obnoxious and said I’d have to ask the other hotel why! plus I ended up paying more for a worse hotel! Unbelievable!

Breakfast was fair, the coffee was great & the food bar was clean and the food was fresh.
The hostess made sure to bring out fresh servings as needed & was very friendly.
The front desk clerk upon check in was extremely pleasant and helpful.
I will certainly stay here if I'm ever in town again.
The mattress in the room was too firm for my liking, but it did not interfere with my sleep.

The kitchen the dinner table were my favorite. The shower, and plenty of drash cans.
The check in clerk wasn't nice 😕. She was terrible. The ligt in the hallway right above our room door was going out, so it was flickering. If I saw it, house keeping seen it everyday. JUST SAYING!! Didn't like the closet in the kitchen area. The bathroom sink was to small.

The location was perfect for shopping in the area!
The third shift check-in personnel was void of any information or kindness. The walls were thin. There was a used tissue just inside our room on the kitchen counter. The furniture was tired.

Ethel was extremely friendly and helpful. She was the best thing about our stay. Made us feel like family.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Upon checkout, us along with several more guests waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with no one at the desk. I eventually went to a housekeeper for assistance who then had to go to the parking lot to get the employee out of his car to come help us. This was VERY unprofessional and irritating.

property was nice
our room was on first floor next to stairwell and exit door. Everytime someone opened the door, we would wake up from the loud noise and vibration.
Additionally, the breakfast was not very good. Oatmeal was chunks of oatmeal in hot water. For the price we paid for one night ($237), we expected better.
