The property was very clean and appliances well maintained.

We arrived and walked into the house and immediately seen dead Palmetto (Large roach like bugs) all over the house. My dad picked up 19 of them within 30 minutes. I contacted the owner. She had the maintenance person show up. He said they fumigated the day before. I asked why weren’t the dead bugs picked up, he said they did. At this price point I should not be walking in to a house full of dead roaches. I only booked for the weekend and I am glad. That very night I went into the guest bathroom and there was a very fast running Palmetto on the bathroom counter. I was ready to leave. The maintenance person also asked me to show him my credit card so he can take a picture of the front and back. I said absolutely not. I paid in full. He said it’s for the utility charge. I told him that the owner can use the information I entered online. Taking pictures of my credit card on his personal phone was a risk I was not going to take.

The house is old and needs maintenance. Bugs all over the place, dirty toilets, funny smell. Pictures are fake
