Nothing I checked into the hotel they didn't tell me until we got there that there wasn't any hot water!!!

Solid location for where I wanted to go. Air conditioning/heating operated well.

Failed to advertise in advance boiler failure and inoperative elevators. WiFi did not connect despite verifying connection code. Fire alarm went off a dozen or so times during my one night stay, likely due to the numerous people smoking in non-smoking rooms, the smell of which was evident. Simple amenities such as a trash can and towels were absent.

Nice room pet friendly.

The boiler was down no hot water and the elevator was not working. And you charge me twice for my room hotel lady cancelled one of my reservation, but I need your company to refund my other payment from you that I paid for the same room.

They never cleaned my room while I was here. Didn’t supply us with towels shower curtain or anything. This place is awful

everything was wrong…elevator didn’t work, switched rooms a few times every bathroom floor was wet from the toilet leaking, very dusty, linen was dirty

No tv, no towels,no shower curtain,room dirty,trash everywhere,smelled like mildew and dirty clothes,no sheets,no pillows, red liquid all over bath room ,big brown stains on one bed, whole 5th floor smelled like marijuana, kids screaming and lady cursing profanity back at them. It was a nightmare.elevator didn't work,walked 6 flights of stairs twice,still no service or given missing items.

Left to find another place to stay after 3 tries.
